About
I’m a 43-year-old mother of six daughters with over a decade of experience in black & white, nature, and candid life photography. Recently, I decided to follow my passion and share the images I’ve captured over the years—and those I will continue to create.
The name BESmitten is a personal reflection of my journey. It’s a play on my name and maiden name, but more importantly, it’s inspired by the first time my husband used the word “smitten” to describe how he felt about me—an uncommon word that stuck with me, just like a powerful image. I hope my work makes you feel the same—drawn in, captivated, and smitten with the story behind each photo.
In addition to my personal work, I’ve also done commercial photography for brochures and billboards, bringing my eye for detail and emotion to a broader audience. I invite you to explore my gallery and feel the atmosphere, emotion, and human connection that each image holds.
